What we collect

When you request a plan we collect your name, email, mobile number, nationality, country of residence, family size, budget, goals and the passports you looked at. We also record how you found us (for example the search, advert or page you came from) and a coded version of your IP address to prevent spam.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, prepare your plan, and improve our service. We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our form.

Who we share it with

Only with licensed agents, lawyers and service providers we work with to handle your application, and only with your agreement. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Up to 3 years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing enquiries@passportupgrade.ae. This policy is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) in mind.
